Festival Grounds

Moonlight Masquerade’s festival site is all indoors (except for the outdoor smoking area) on flat concrete. Distance from the entrance to the stage can be very large.

The festival ADA team can assist patrons with disabilities with mobility around the festival grounds. Please visit the Request Accommodation section below.

Entering The Festival

For cars: All disabled patrons will enter event parking and request ADA parking by showing state-issued ADA documentation, such as hangtag or license plate sticker/registration. Companion cars must arrive together. No spaces are saved for a later arrival.

ADA Viewing Section

There will be a reserved viewing section near the front-right of the stage next to the bleachers. These accessible viewing sections are intended for guests who use wheelchairs, have significant mobility disabilities, or have difficulty standing for long periods of time. Staff and/or security will manage the viewing section accordingly.

Powered Mobility Devices

Motorized wheelchairs and three- or four-wheeled scooters are permitted at Disco Donnie Presents festivals. For safety reasons, guests may NOT use personal golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, two-wheeled scooters, or motorbikes, either in the venue itself or in the parking and camping areas.

Moonlight Masquerade include large bathrooms with ADA accessible stalls throughout the venue.

Special Dietary Needs

If a patron has special medical dietary restrictions, a personal amount of food will be allowed into the festival, if accompanied by a doctor’s note. Please contact with any questions or concerns.

Customer Service

Customer service is one place where guests with disabilities can get information and request services inside the festival grounds.

Service Animal

Disco Donnie Presents festivals welcome and support the rights and attendance of all persons with disabilities that rely on the special skills of a trained service animal. What we DO NOT support, and will not tolerate, are pets being misrepresented by their owners as service animals. Please leave your pet at home.

Service Animal Definition

A ‘service animal’ is defined as “any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the handler’s disability.” Emotional support or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and therefore are not allowed at Disco Donnie Presents festivals. Please note that all service dogs, including those from out of state, are subject to local dog ordinances, which include a valid rabies certificate.

Service Animal Policies

For patrons with disabilities who wish to bring their legitimate service animal to Disco Donnie Presents festivals, Disco Donnie Presents asks that you review and follow the policies outlined below:

  • Service animals must be accompanied by the handler with the disability at all times.
  • Service animals must be under the control and supervision of their handler at all times.
  • Service animals are not permitted to be left unattended under any circumstances.
  • Handlers are required to be prepared for and clean up after, their animals at all times.
  • We reserve the right to remove and/or refuse access to any service animal from the campgrounds or venue if that animal is deemed to be a health or safety threat to festival patrons, staff, or other service animals, or in violation of these policies.
  • All service animals must be credentialed by the Disco Donnie Presents festivals staff (see Service Animal Procedures).

Service Animal Procedures

All patrons with disabilities attending Disco Donnie Presents festivals this year with a service animal will need to have that animal credentialed by Disco Donnie Presents festivals staff before entering the main gate. This process will be performed quickly and respectfully by Accessibility Staff.

Upon arrival at Disco Donnie Presents festivals, come to the Access Tent in front of Camp Access. Staff will speak with you, record your contact information, and provide a collar tag for your service animal. Security/Staff will be on the lookout for all animals to have a properly credentialed Disco Donnie Presents festivals collar tag.

Remember, service animals are allowed, all other dogs are not!

Please describe the reasonable accommodations you believe are needed to enable you at the festival.
